Dear Westport Presbies and friends,

I don’t know about you, but we are well into our Christmas Season activities.

Quick reminder that we have our Cookie Sale Fundraiser today!  11-2 at Westport Presbyterian.  Proceeds go to our community Concert Series.  Let us help with your Christmas baking!  I don’t know about you, but my friends expect my annual Christmas cookie boxes for their Christmas presents each year.

If there are any leftovers from our cookie sale, they will be boxed up and available for sale after church on Sunday.

Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday this year, so we have TWO services on Sunday, Dec 24!

• 11AM Carol Singing Service.  Let Emily know if you have a favorite you want included so that she can be sure she has the music!
• 7PM Christmas Eve Candelight Service

The church office will be closed on CHRISTMAS DAY and NEW YEAR’S DAY and will be open very limited hours during the week of Christmas to give our office manager some time off to spend with her family. If you need pastoral care, please call or email Pastor Susan.

WESTPORT SHOWERS will be taking a break from our weekday Lunch Bag program and Thursday Night Showers the week of Christmas and on New Year’s Day (Mon. Dec 25-Mon. Jan 1). Sunday morning showers and breakfast will still be open on Dec. 24 & Dec. 31.

Bread, Buns, Fruit, Water, Meat, Peanut Butter, Cheese are always needed for the weekday lunchbag INTERRUPT HUNGER program Scott started. WESTPORT SHOWERS happen on Sunday mornings & Thursday nights. Men’s boxer brief underwear needed. Men’s and Women’s shoes. Backpacks! Jackets, Sweatshirts, Warm Clothes for this cold weather!

Thanks to everyone for all you do to make our missions happen all year round! For the Christmas Season, we are collecting MITTENS, GLOVES and HAND WARMERS to give out to our Westport Showers guests as a special gift on Christmas Eve morning. If you would like to help, please bring these items in by Dec. 17. (Adult Men’s & Women’s Sizes Needed)
